FEATURES :

CNA500-5A is a CRT readout transistor curve tracer, which is used to miasure various characteristic curves of transistor devece. The measuring settings are displayed in digital character and the DC p=arameters are measured by using a cross cursor, so that it rduces the readout error and raises the measuring accuracy.
CNA500-5A is a measuring instrument featuring new intteligence.

    * The parameters of measured current, voltage and transfer factot(β，Gfs) are calculated and treated, then displayed on the screen, so that it raises the measuring accuracy and speed.

    * High voltage of 3KV is built in. The measuring date of high voltage is measured by using a cross cursor and directly displayed on the screen.
