FEATURES :
Advanced Inetlligent Instrument
The instrument provides the testing switches with intelligent control. The testint conditions of variors control switches are enable to be preset, the testing results can be stored in the disk or output with a printer. And the characteristic curves of the deveces under testing can be also displayed by personal computer.
Comprehensive Memory Capability
The characteristic curves of the devices under tisting can be edited and stored in hard disk or floppy disk calling out at any time. The instrument can display two families of the characteristic curves to facilitate user comparing and matching of the devices under testing.
Auto Cursor Measurement
The instrument offers cursor measurement mode which can readout and display the testing ranges, testing values, b, gm and percent of peak voltage output on the collector by CRT.
Friendly Man-Machine Interface
It provides easy to operation the display adops VGA display with high resolution.
